Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Next.js / TypeScript)
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer who has deep mastery of Next.js App Router, React Server Components, TypeScript, and modern PostgreSQL backends.
- Architect and implement complex web applications, SaaS platforms, and internal business tools
- Write clean, idiomatic TypeScript with high unit and integration test coverage
- Collaborate with clients and technical leads to design robust REST/GraphQL/tRPC API interfaces
- Optimize web application performance, Core Web Vitals, and accessibility (WCAG AA)
- 5+ years of production experience building web applications with React and TypeScript
- Deep understanding of Next.js App Router, SSR, hydration, and modern browser rendering engines
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL, SQL optimization, schema migrations, and ORMs (Prisma, Drizzle)
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate architectural trade-offs to clients
Staff Backend / Systems Engineer (Go / Node.js)
Lead the architecture and design of high-throughput backend services, event-driven data pipelines, and multi-tenant database systems.
- Design resilient microservices and modular monoliths in Go and Node.js / TypeScript
- Implement event-driven architectures with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS SQS/SNS
- Architect distributed database strategies (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Redis)
- Define infrastructure as code using Terraform and automated deployment pipelines
- 7+ years of experience in backend software engineering and distributed systems
- Deep expertise in database design, transaction isolation levels, indexing, and query optimization
- Strong background in containerization (Docker), cloud infrastructure (AWS), and CI/CD
- Experience leading technical architecture reviews and mentoring senior engineers
AI Systems & Applied LLM Engineer
Build practical, high-precision AI applications, RAG pipelines, vector search infrastructure, and deterministic agent workflows for enterprise clients.
- Develop custom Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector search indexing
- Implement deterministic JSON schema validation guardrails for LLM tool calling
- Build evaluation harnesses to measure accuracy, latency, and token cost of AI pipelines
- Integrate Python/FastAPI microservices with Next.js frontend applications
- 4+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python and TypeScript capabilities
- Hands-on experience building production RAG pipelines with pgvector, Pinecone, or Qdrant
- Familiarity with modern LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and framework tooling (LangChain, LlamaIndex)
- Strong understanding of data security, PII protection, and API rate limiting
